24H TEAM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS (Saturday, August 1st to Sunday, August 2nd 2020)
This is the main attraction of the weekend. We offer both Competitive and Open classes. Competitive teams consist of 4 people with a minimum of 1 female racer. Each teammate needs to do a minimum of 20% of the team’s total laps. The winners are the teams that complete the most laps in the 24H period. The top 15 teams in this class will share the 24H World Championships Podium and the prizes! We will be offering a progressive purse for this class starting at 10,000$ including cash and prizes. The more teams we have, the bigger the cash prizes!
The open class consists of 4 racers of any gender. The rules are the same except for the minimum amount of laps per teammate and this class is not eligible for prizes or podium. All participants in both classes receive a custom jersey, and buff. Those who finish the race receive a huge finisher medal.
*What makes the 24H so thrilling are the strategies each team utilizes in order to maximise the number of laps. When to change racers, when to rest, which teammate to use depending on open obstacles, strengths and weaknesses. This is more than just your typical obstacle race. Teams can have Pit Crews to help calculate lap strategies, observe the course, etc.
24H SOLO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS (Saturday, August 1st to Sunday, August 2nd 2020)
This is for the ultimate 24-hour athletes who wish to run the entre 24-hour period! Same rules apply but you are on your own! Obstacles constantly rotate and change with 15-25 open at a time, sometimes none at all… and sometimes all the obstacles are open! Changes can happen every 10 minutes sharp and no one except for the race directors and crew know what will be changing and at what time.

No beds or sleeping will be allowed in this area.
5- There will be a MANDATORY MEETING at the START LINE for ALL TEAM MEMBERS and PIT CREWS at 9h00am to go over all rules and regulations. This is the most important part of the day's preparations. You will all walk the track, see all the obstacles and go over all the rules.

RACE START AND FINISH!
1- The race will START at 11h00 Saturday, August 1, 2020. One runner per team will be allowed on the start line. When the announcer starts the race, there will be a period (approximately between 1 and 10 minutes) where all participants on the track (one per team) will run the course without attempting the obstacles. This is the period to distribute runners around the track and compete for position. Plan this well with your team. At any given moment, without warning, the Race Director will sound the horn and participants will immediately start on the obstacle closest to them and all obstacles will be mandatory for the rest of the race. After initiating the Obstacle horn... this lap counts as your first lap!
2- The FINISH is at 11h00 Sunday, August 2, 2020. A horn will blast and at that moment all racers are to stop and come back to the start zone and meet up with their team. The official 24 hour race is over. All teams will then run the obstacle course for a final ''lap of glory'' to receive their medals! (this lap does not count for results)
3- The WINNING TEAM is the one that completes the most laps in the 24 hour period. Should more than one team have completed the same amount of laps when the ''final lap'' siren goes off, the winning team is the one that finished their final lap (before the horn) first.
*If more than one team has exactly the same amount of laps and the same exact time (which is highly unlikely), the teams will share the position and split the prize. This goes for all positions.
4- Each Team Member needs to complete a minimum of 20% of the total laps in order to qualify for podium and prizes. If this 20% minimum is not respected, the team is no longer eligeable for podium and prizes.
1- OBSTACLES ARE MANDATORY! If a racer cannot complete an obstacle, he or she needs to double back all the way to the RELAY ZONE and send another TEAMMATE. Example: If you are 700 meters into your lap, you need to double back all the way and then your teammate starts a brand new lap and needs to complete all the obstacles.
- All ''Upper Body Rig Style'' obstacles will have a bell at the end of each lane which needs to be rung. If you miss the bell, you need to re-do the obstacle.
- All ''Ramp or Wall Style'' obstacles need to be completed by going up and over.
- All other obstacles need to be completed from beginning to end. Examples are: Tunnels, crawls, maze, carries.
2- This is an elite level event and we count on all participants to follow the rules. Any participant who breaks the rules, who is caught cheating or bending the rules to their advantage will be disqualified from the competition, therefore the entire team will be disqualified. Our race director will go threw the entire course with all racers Saturday morning to be sure all is clear.
3- Obstacles will modulate and will close and open throughout the 24-hour period. All obstacles and course direction will be very clearly indicated.
